At Chief Executive Mom, I live everyday life like a true Mom-in-Chief. Blazers and aprons are in rotation daily and I can promise you there will always be dessert!
I’m Sabrina, Executive Chef and Mom-in-Chief of Chief Executive Mom’s Kitchen and Bakery. Chief Executive Mom was inspired by love and the desire to start a family without giving up my career and pursuing my passion for cooking. As early as 2007, I would binge watch Food Network shows all weekend long preparing and planning for what I’d make the next week to impress my family.
Originally, Chief Executive Mom was just a blog, a place to share my thoughts, recipes and tips about food and work-life balance (sometimes chaos). During this time, I was married, had my first child and held a leadership position in marketing and communications. So, in my spare time, cooking became my peaceful place to create and pour into those I love the most. As I matured as a woman, mom and professional, my priorities began to shift. Climbing the "corporate ladder" was no longer my top priority. I preferred making homemade meals and attending my kids’ activities over working late.
In 2022, I began to align my purpose path with my vocational path and start a new journey. I started culinary school with a newborn baby, a first grader and a new job in tow. You might be thinking, “wow she has super powers!” Nope! I have a village, a community and a loving husband. And I hope Chief Executive Mom will be a part of your village too.
